Can someone point to corroboration of Huang's claims that Japan, Korea, and Australia have gone soft of the Biden administration since the midterms?

It is interesting that Dr. Huang failed to explore the China-Russia relationship. In the past, Russia generally appeared to be the older brother and China the follower. However, This situation has changed over at least the last few years with China now clearly treating Russia as an equal or perhaps younger brother. The growing strength of China's economy can have an increasing importance on the relationship. At this point in time, should China clearly and forcefully express their views on the Ukraine with the ability to withdraw or reduce economic support, Russia will have to pay greater attention to these views. It is important that China clearly express their desire. This can be done publicly or privately but it should be done. Readers would benefit from Dr. Huang's further exploring this relationship which is a very important element of global relationships.
